I wanted to draw attention to the great conversation going on in the comments section of Andrew’s earlier post. Teeing off Andrew’s summary of the final plenary at the late USIH conference, the commenters have been analyzing many of the issues with a degree of clarity and intellectual engagement that is rare given the vexed problems that plenary speakers sought to address.
